Junior Business Consultant (m/f/x)

The steadily growing Be Group team consists of more than 1,000 highly qualified experts who combine industry knowledge with extensive practical experience. We work with local and global actuaries to shape the current and future financial landscape.

Your future tasks:

• Support of senior consultants in the creation, conception and implementation of solutions for a wide range of specialist areas
• Independent planning, organization and execution in challenging agile projects
• Preparation of technical specifications
• Competent consulting for our customers in requirement analyses and the design of business processes

General requirements:

• Successfully completed training in information technology, business informatics, economics or comparable financial experience or IT background
• Experience with structured working methods customary in projects
• Good written and spoken German and English (other CEE and SEE languages would be an advantage)
• First project experience

Technical requirements:

• Knowledge of agile project management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Project, …)
• Basic understanding of data models and programming
• Certifications (e.g. IPMA, Scrum, Prince2, …) advantageous

Personal requirements:

• Strong team and communication skills
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Hands on mentality
• Stress tolerance and resilience
