For a customer project we are looking for a technical specialist in the field of user management in a full-time position.

The contract is limited from 01.05.2021 – 31.10.2022, working location is Frankfurt am Main.


What are typical tasks?

  • User Provisioning
  • Setting up, deleting, changing user accounts on the platforms Microsoft Active Directory & IBM Notes
  • Password resets on the platforms Microsoft Active Directory, IBM Notes
  • Smartcard administration via idnomic Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Support and assistance concerning order management and workflow procedures
  • Support of access problems of (mobile) workstations


What do you bring?

  • Strong customer orientation
  • Very good verbal skills (especially on the phone)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Several years of professional experience with different IT workplace types: Smart devices, desktop, PC, server-based computing, notebooks, virtual clients
  • Good knowledge and experience with email-clients, preferably Lotus Notes and/or Outlook
  • Knowledge of configuration management, preferably HP Service Manager
  • Basic knowledge of mainframe support
  • Professional experience in first level support
